1. what information we collect

We collect your personal information when you create an account on our website, fill in data on our website, participate in activities or by contacting us. If you contact us we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for personal information that is relevant to the situation. This makes it possible to process your inquiries and respond to your requests.
The personal information that we collect depends on how you interact with us and the website. It depends on the choices that you make and on which products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Payment data
If you make a purchase we are able to see which payment method you used and only a partial banknumber. We do not have acces to your private payment details such as full banknumber and passwords.

2. why we proccess your infromation

Depending on your interaction with us and/or our website we process your personal information. We do this for different reasons:

    3. on what legal bases do we process your information

    We do not collect or process your personal information if we do not think it is necessary. To comply with the laws we need a valid legal reason to collect this information from you. The product also has to be paid for, so we need to process some of these payment details. in short: when there is a contract in some form and we need to fulfill this obligation, we may have to process your personal data to do so.  
    3. Legal obligations: there  are some cases where it is necessary to process your personal information for legal obligations. Such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. 

      4. Sharing your personal information  

      Some personal information may be shared with third parties who perform services for us on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. For instance the web applications we use our web store for functionality of the website, marketing and advertising goals. This could be: data analytics services, data storage service providers, order fulfillment service providers, performance monitoring tools, sales & marketing tools, website hosting service providers, review apps and similar third parties. 
      Some of your personal information is necessary to share with shipment companies to fulfill your order like your name and address. We also share the invoices of these orders with the accountant for tax purposes. These invoices might include your personal information like name and address. Our accountant will not use any of your personal details but only uses the invoices for filing taxes and bookkeeping.

      Three (3) months after terminating your user account we will delete or anonymise your personal information.

      We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our  website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the website. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete the data from our records.

      Adjust/unsubscribe from newsletter service
      At the bottom of each mailing, you will find the option to  unsubscribe or you can send us an email and we will remove you from our mailing list.  However, we may still message you about non-marketing purposes if this is necessary.
